Panopto announced in October that for the fifth year in succession, Panopto is being used by at least 20 of the world’s top 25 academic institutions as ranked by the Times Higher Education World University 2023 Rankings. These 21 universities use Panopto as essential remote learning technology. Additionally, 23 of the top 25 universities on the 2022-2023 U.S. News & World Report Best National Universities Rankings use Panopto’s video platform, including all of the top 10. The Times rankings use 13 carefully calibrated performance indicators to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons. Trusted worldwide by students, teachers, governments and industry experts, this year’s ranking analyzed more than 121 million citations across 15.5 million research publications and included survey responses from 40,000 scholars globally.
