Following a really successful partner meeting in Den Haag at the start of November, the team are all actively working on the creation of their modules called building blocks in SMILES. This meeting was hosted by the National Library of the Netherlands (KB) who lead the project and was the first time that the partners met face-to-face. In MLA, we are responsible for the creation of a building block on “How to spot and resist fake news & disinformation” which will be co-created with a small team of teachers recruited through our members UCLL and Mediawijs in Belgium Flanders. Intial meetings are underway and work to create the first draft starts in earnest in December. Check out the SMILES project here.
