There’s a treasure trove of high-quality educational materials available in multiple languages for educators to re-use and adapt. However, simple translation into your local language often fails to meet the diverse needs of learners. To truly inspire and empower students, we have to tailor content to local cultures, languages, and contexts.
For the past two years, EDUmake project partners have collaborated to develop and localise educational resources, creating one new resource (EDUbox Politics) from scratch and adapting it along with four existing ones to different local contexts.
During this online event the EDUmake project team members shared their experience in transforming educational resources into locally relevant learning material. Discover proven strategies, practical tips, and valuable insights for:
- Bridging cultural and linguistic divides
- Making learning more meaningful and impactful
- Creating inclusive educational materials that resonate with your audience
