The project partners recently met in Nurnberg, Germany for their first in-person meeting since the start of the project. This meeting was hosted by the Innovation in Learning Institute (ILI) at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg which leads the project. The partners are now actively working on the production of the first and second results: the Co-creation framework and the Open online courses and much of the discussion during this meeting focussed on the extent to which students can and should be involved in the co-creation process as well as how practically this can be arranged. The partners also agreed to establish TransACTION+, a community of those interested in the themes and results of our project, made up of MLA members and others, more about this shortly.
We will keep you up to date about all the future project activities in this newsletter, meanwhile join us for the first TransACTION project event, a workshop on how to enhance and promote multimedia learning design in cocreation with students:
- MLA 2022 Conference: Workshop on a multimedia learning design framework 2 June 2022, 11:30 – 13:00, led by Evert Binnard, KU Leuven, Belgium.
