draw.io is a free open platform as part of the G Suite where you can create and share diagrams online in your browser or off line on your desk top and save your work locally using the Desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux or on your favourite cloud storage, inside team collaboration suites like Google Drive, Confluence or Jira. draw.io enables you to create flowcharts, floor plans, UML, network diagrams, mockups and more. draw.io claims the possibility of importing from .vsdx, Gliffy and Lucidchart files.
