VIEW is the first peer-reviewed, multimedia, and open access e-journal in the field of television studies. It offers an international platform for outstanding academic research and archival reflection on television as an important part of European cultural heritage. VIEW has recently announced a call for papers for a special issue on Television and Education. In this special issue, they invite contributors to think along with them and ponder upon: how can we look back on television’s long-standing contributions to education in Europe? How can we ‘read’ these historical contributions through the transnational lens of European television? Deadline for abstracts: April 15, 2021. For more information please click here.
