Welcome to our newest members from Estonia and Belgium!

This month the Media & Learning Association is pleased to welcome one new organisational member: Ida-Virumaa Vocational Education Centre, Estonia and one new networking member: Public Libraries 2030, Belgium!

Ida-Virumaa Vocational Education Centre (IVVEC) is the largest state vocational education institution in Estonia, with over 2,500 students of different ages studying in 23 curriculum groups at its three study locations, in Sillamäe, Jõhvi and Narva (Estonia).

IVVEC has taken on a new priority: to support students studying efforts with digital learning support.

Public Libraries 2030 (PL2030) is a Brussels-based advocacy organisation and hub for innovative EU projects in the European public library sector. PL2030 has curated a network of over 40 innovative ‘Lighthouse Libraries’ across over 20 European countries who are engaged in redefining the role of libraries within the themes of digital futures, sustainability, well-being, community, and democratic participation. Alongside its EU-funded projects, PL2030 collaborates with major European library organisations to advocate for policies and funding that empower libraries to contribute to EU objectives while also enhancing capacity building and access to resources for public libraries across Europe.
