Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) is a free and open source software for video recording and live streaming. With OBS you can capture video and audio and mix diverse sources such as images, text, browser windows, video capture cards and so on. The user can create scenes containing sources and can create seamless transitions between these scenes, they can create new sources and adjust all their properties. The built-in audio mixer allows the producer to control audio gain and add audio effects such as noise gate or noise suppression. The settings panel gives access to a wide array of configuration options to tweak all aspects of the broadcast or recording. Programmable hotkeys let you control every action, such as switching between scenes, start and stop streaming or recording, muting audio, etc. The preview mode lets the produce monitor up to 8 different scenes and sources before switching them live. OBS is available in multiple languages including amongst others Danish, German, French, Finnish, Swedish, Portuguese.
