The European Association for eXtended Reality (EuroXR) will hold its 23rd International Conference in Valencia, Spain, from 3–6 November 2026, with satellite events running 2–3 November. The conference is organised together with the Institute for Research on Human-Centred Technology (Human-Tech) at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, and will be locally co-chaired by Dr. Mariano Alcañiz Raya, Director of Human-Tech and LabLENI.
This year’s edition follows EuroXR 2025 in Winterthur, Switzerland, which brought together more than 235 participants from academia, industry, and European projects. The 2026 conference will also be a joint event with the Erasmus+ project Alliance4XR, which will hold its final event during the conference, while the NEM Summit 2026 will be co-located to bring together the New European Media community around immersive media and emerging technologies. Other European projects will also take part, showcasing work on XR in Industry, XR for Cultural Heritage, and XR in Education, and the Virtual Worlds Association Forum will run as a satellite event exploring the evolution of virtual worlds from a European perspective.
The programme will feature scientific, application, poster and demo tracks, networking and an industry exhibition, European project pitches and presentations, workshops and tutorials, satellite events, and the EuroXR Awards.
More information and registration details are available at EuroXR conference 2026.
